1. Scope of Application & Eligible Participants

1.1 All courses on KPMG ONDEMAND are strictly intended for representatives of companies, organizations, or business entities (“Organizations”).

1.2 Individual registrations are not accepted.

KPMG ONDEMAND does not accept registrations using personal email addresses, including but not limited to Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook/Hotmail, iCloud, or any non-corporate domains.

1.3 By registering, you confirm that:

You are acting on behalf of an Organization;
You are duly authorized to register, make payments, and receive invoices on behalf of the Organization.

1.4 KPMG OnDemand reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration if the above conditions are not complied with.

2. Course Registration

2.1 Registration must be completed via the KPMG ONDEMAND platform using a valid corporate email address.

2.2 A registration is confirmed only when:

A payment instruction email has been issued by KPMG ONDEMAND; and
Full and valid payment has been received.

2.3 KPMG ONDEMAND reserves the right to cancel registrations that contain inaccurate or non-compliant information.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 For paid courses, the Organization must pay the full published fee immediately upon receipt of the payment instruction email from
KPMG ONDEMAND.

3.2 Payments must be completed within the stated deadline. Late payments will result in automatic cancellation without reservation.

3.3 Fees are subject to applicable taxes in accordance with Vietnamese law.

3. Phí và Thanh toán

3.1 Đối với khóa học có phí, Doanh nghiệp phải thanh toán đầy đủ theo mức phí đã công bố ngay khi nhận được email hướng dẫn thanh toán từ
KPMG ONDEMAND.

3.2 Việc thanh toán phải được thực hiện đúng thời hạn nêu trong email. Quá hạn thanh toán, đăng ký sẽ tự động bị hủy và không được bảo lưu.

3.3 Phí khóa học chưa bao gồm thuế (nếu có) và sẽ được áp dụng theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.

4. Invoicing Policy

4.1 Invoices are issued exclusively to Organizations.

4.2 The Organization is responsible for providing accurate and complete invoicing information.

4.3 KPMG ONDEMAND shall not be responsible for invoice amendments due to incorrect or late information.

4. Chính sách hóa đơn

4.1 KPMG ONDEMAND chỉ xuất hóa đơn cho Doanh nghiệp đứng tên đăng ký và thanh toán.

4.2 Doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm cung cấp đầy đủ, chính xác thông tin xuất hóa đơn theo hướng dẫn của KPMG ONDEMAND.

4.3 KPMG ONDEMAND không chịu trách nhiệm điều chỉnh hóa đơn trong trường hợp thông tin cung cấp sai, thiếu hoặc gửi không đúng thời hạn.

5. Use of Course Content

5.1 All course materials are the intellectual property of KPMG and/or its licensors.

5.2 Course content may be used solely for the Organization’s internal training purposes.

5.3 Copying, recording, distribution, sharing, or commercial use of course content is strictly prohibited.

5. Quyền sử dụng nội dung khóa học

5.1 Toàn bộ nội dung (bài thuyết trình, video, tài liệu, slide, hình ảnh, âm thanh…) là tài sản sở hữu trí tuệ của KPMG và/hoặc các bên cấp phép hợp pháp.

5.2 Nội dung chỉ được sử dụng cho mục đích đào tạo nội bộ của Doanh nghiệp, trong phạm vi khóa học đã đăng ký.

5.3 Nghiêm cấm sao chép, ghi hình, ghi âm, phân phối, chia sẻ hoặc sử dụng Nội dung cho bất kỳ mục đích thương mại hay đào tạo lại nào.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation prior to the course start date does not entitle the Organization to any refund or credit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 No refunds apply under any circumstances, including non-attendance or internal payment errors.

6. Hủy đăng ký & Hoàn phí

6.1 Việc hủy đăng ký trước ngày bắt đầu khóa học không được hoàn tiền và không được ghi có cho các khóa học khác, trừ khi có thỏa thuận bằng văn bản từ KPMG ONDEMAND.

6.2 Không áp dụng hoàn phí trong mọi trường hợp, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: không tham dự, thay đổi nhu cầu đào tạo hoặc lỗi thanh toán nội bộ của Doanh nghiệp.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Course content is provided for training and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

7.2 KPMG ONDEMAND shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from course participation.

7. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

7.1 Nội dung KPMG OnDemand chỉ mang tính đào tạo và tham khảo, không cấu thành tư vấn pháp lý, thuế, tài chính hay tư vấn
chuyên môn chính thức.

7.2 KPMG ONDEMAND không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp nào phát sinh từ việc sử dụng Nội dung cung cấp

8. Amendments

KPMG ONDEMAND reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Sửa đổi Điều khoản

KPMG ONDEMAND có quyền sửa đổi Điều khoản & Điều kiện này bất kỳ lúc nào. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng nền tảng đồng nghĩa với việc bạn
chấp nhận các thay đổi đó.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

9. Pháp luật áp dụng

Điều khoản & Điều kiện này được điều chỉnh theo pháp luật Việt Nam.
