Provide practical and leading practices of Internal Audit (IA); Introduce methods of implementing Internal Audit effectively to achieve to sustainable development; Process for internal auditors to perform internal audit in the company

Course Agenda:

1. Internal audit methodology- Introduce risk-based IA methodologies- Definition of Risk-based Internal Audit- Overview of Internal Audit process

2.Guidance on Internal audit execution- Understanding of process/ activities/ auditable entities- Audit Project Planning - Risk - Control Assessment and Audit Program Development - Audit execution- Summary of Findings and Report Preparation(with practical examples/case studies and relevant toolkits)

Cung cấp kiến thức tổng quan và thực tiễn về Kiểm toán nội bộ (KTNB); Giới thiệu phương pháp để thực hiện KTNB hiệu quả, góp phần vào mục tiêu phát triển bền vững của doanh nghiệp; Thực hành một số kỹ thuật cơ bản trong công tác thực hiện KTNB

Chương trình học:

1. Phương pháp luận KTNB theo định hướng rủi ro- Giới thiệu phương pháp luận KTNB theo định hướng rủi ro- Định nghĩa KTNB theo định hướng rủi ro- Tổng quan về quy trình thực hiện KTNB

2. Hướng dẫn thực hiện một cuộc KTNB:- Tìm hiểu quy trình/hoạt động/đối tượng kiểm toán- Lập kế hoạch kiểm toán- Đánh giá rủi ro – kiểm soát và lập chương trình kiểm toán- Tổng kết kết quả kiểm toán và chuẩn bị Báo cáo  (kèm các ví dụ và bài tập thực tiễn nhằm hỗ trợ học viên hiểu sâu và áp dụng hiệu quả quy trình thực hiện KTNB vào doanh nghiệp)
